Roland Bruce

Roland joined NES Global Talent as a Recruitment Consultant in early 2005 after obtaining a BA (Hons) in Law and Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland.

He has progressed to Senior Vice President of the Americas operation following a number of successful years in Aberdeen, Calgary and Houston. Whilst progressing through the company Roland has always maintain a passion and strength for recruitment across various technical disciplines.

Roland’s strongest achievements to date have been his operational and sales contributions that has led to growth of NES Global Talent’s footprint and services in the Americas, securing a number of client contracts that have led to substantial opportunity and growth.
