David Oubre

David Oubre is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Staff System Engineer at NES Global Talent since December 2019. Oubre has a longstanding career in the oil industry, having held the position of Staff Systems Engineer and Group Leader at a major oil refinery since October 1978. Additionally, Oubre co-owns Dolly's Quilt Cottage LLC in partnership with a spouse since August 2012. Prior to their current role, Oubre worked as an Automation Engineer at UP Professional Solutions® from June 2017 to December 2019. Oubre holds a degree from Louisiana State University, where education was completed from 1972 to 1976.
