Jean-François Dumoulin

Jean-François Dumoulin has a wealth of experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Starting as a Unix System Administrator at UUNet Canada, Jean-François has held various roles such as Director of Technical Services at Networkshop, Co-founder and Chief Network Officer at Coradiant, and Senior Coordinator of Programs and Partnerships at Kativik Regional Government. Most recently, Jean-François has been the Vice President of Regulatory and Government Affairs at Iristel, before moving on to their current position as Associate VP Regulatory at NE&S (Networks, Economics & Strategy).
