Ameya U. Naik started their work experience in 2001 as a Production Executive at ITC Limited. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Project Manager at A G Technologies. In 2010, they joined BEICO Industries Pvt. Ltd. as Head of IT, where they worked until 2018. Since 2018, they have been serving as Head of IT at NESCO LTD.
Ameya U. Naik completed their Post Graduation in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging, which they attended from 1984 to 1993. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Mithibai College. For their secondary education, they attended St. Thomas High School and completed their S S C degree.
