Diogenes Capellan

Diogenes Capellan began their work experience in 1999 at NESCTC Security Agency, LLC, where they held various roles including VP of Human Resources, Planning and Training from May 2015 until present. Prior to that, they served as AVP/Director of Finance from 2009 to May 2015, Operations Service Manager from 2004 to 2009, Security Division Supervisor from 2001 to 2004, and Office/Payroll Clerk from 1999 to 2001. In 2016, they also worked as an intern at the Department of Administration Disability Management Unit for the State of Rhode Island from July to December.

Diogenes Capellan has a Master of Public Administration degree, specializing in MPA, from the University of Rhode Island. Diogenes also earned a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same institution. Previously, Diogenes obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhode Island College, with a major in Communications/Public Relations and a minor in Management. Additionally, they hold two Associate of Science degrees, one in Financial Services and the other in Business Administration, from the Community College of Rhode Island.
