Devin Taylor

Devin Taylor serves as the Human Resources Director at Northeast Security Inc. since March 2024 and has been the Director of HR at the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority since October 2015, overseeing all aspects of human resources, including staffing, compensation, and employee relations. Prior to these roles, Devin held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Boston Police Department from June 2005 to October 2015, managing HR functions for 3,000 employees and a team of approximately 20. Educational achievements include a Master's in Urban Affairs from Boston University, a Graduate Certificate in Public Safety Leadership and Management from Suffolk University, and ongoing studies in the Executive Women's Leadership Program at Bentley University.
