Al Fiedler

Al Fiedler has over 30 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Senior Equipment Technician at Nesher Pharmaceuticals (USA) LLC since August 2011, Al is responsible for maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on all packaging and manufacturing equipment, as well as managing equipment repair and change parts inventory. Previously, Al held the role of Senior Equipment Technician at KV Pharmaceutical from March 1998 to August 2011, overseeing the daily activities of Packaging Technicians and executing corrective and preventative maintenance on various equipment. Before this, Al served as a Lead Maintenance Machinist at Hershey Chocolate U.S.A. from March 1991 to March 1998, responsible for the daily operations of Line Mechanics and Machinists while ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of facility equipment.
