Mamdouh Malkawi is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Maintenance at Nesma Airlines since March 2018, Mamdouh oversees technical areas, including the management of a Wetlease A320/A319 fleet. Prior to this role, Mamdouh held the position of Manager Technical Services at SaudiGulf Airlines, where responsibilities included aircraft delivery, induction, and acquisitions for multiple aircraft types. Mamdouh began their career at Royal Jordanian Airlines as an MCC Duty Engineer and further developed expertise at Transworld Airlines as an Aircraft Engineer. Additionally, Mamdouh contributed to the establishment of the MCC department at flynas, where a focus was placed on aligning operations and hiring specialists. Mamdouh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Hashemite University and a certification in Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering from ATA Academy.
