Dib Salem, MSEng, CCM®, is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and maintenance management. Currently serving as a Senior Site Engineer for Nesma & Partners since December 2021, Dib oversees the implementation of multidisciplinary site activities, including mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and communication tasks. Previously, Dib worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Société des Huiles et Dérivés S.A.L., an oilseed extraction plant in Lebanon, and gained experience as a Maintenance Technician at Car King, focusing on automotive troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Dib holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lebanese University - Faculty of Engineering 2, complemented by a Lebanese Baccalaureate in General Science from Lycée Saint Pierre Orthodoxe.
