Natalie Garcia

Natalie Garcia currently serves as the VP of Mentorship at MiMentor by Alliance in Mentorship, alongside working as an Emergency Department Scribe for NES+ Health. Previously, Natalie held multiple roles at MiMentor, having served as VP of Engaging Content and as an Ambassador, where efforts focused on developing mentorship workshops and outreach for medical school preparation events. Experience also includes positions at Vituity and Kaweah Health as an Emergency Department Scribe and a volunteer, respectively. Additional roles included mentorship and tutoring for the California Alliance for Minority Participation, volunteering at Crescent Clinic as a Medical Scribe, and working as a Research Assistant at the Pediatric Exercise and Genome Research Center. Natalie earned a degree in Biological Sciences with a focus on Human Biology from UC Irvine.
