Adel Bouraoui

Adel Bouraoui is a finance professional currently serving as the Global Digital & Technology Finance Controller at Nestlé Nespresso SA since July 2023, focusing on the management of P&L for IT and Digital Strategy teams. Prior to this role, Adel Bouraoui held various positions at Nestlé from May 2011 to June 2023, including Deputy on the Nestlé Pension Fund Board and Senior Finance Controller, supporting IT management with financial forecasts and managing a CHF 150 million budget. As a Performance and Risk Analyst, significant contributions were made to portfolio analysis for pension funds with a total value of CHF 10 billion. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Neuchâtel, a Junior Software Engineer at Nexus Telecom, and a Software Developer at Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie. Adel Bouraoui holds a Master’s degree in Management, Technology and Economics from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from EPFL.
