Barbara Jacobsen Larocca

Barbara Jacobsen LaRocca is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and customer experience management. At Nespresso USA, since April 2002, Barbara serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Customer Experience, overseeing the Omni Channel Customer Experience across 41 retail locations and Customer Relationship Centers in the United States. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of General Manager Marketing at Swissair from May 1988 to March 2002.
