Fernando Roman

Fernando Roman currently serves as the Head of Finance for Nespresso Spain at Nestlé Nespresso SA since May 2021. Previously, Fernando held the position of CFO for Special.T at Nestlé from May 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included co-piloting business strategy for a CHF 50+ million tea capsule business. Prior to that, Fernando worked at Nestlé Waters as a Business Development Manager and in various roles at Nestlé, including M&A Manager with senior management responsibilities. Earlier experience includes being a Senior Associate at Oliver Wyman and a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Fernando holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Manchester University, along with a degree in Business and Economic Sciences from Universidad de Barcelona.
