Valerie Robert currently serves as a Member of the Global Board and Audit Committee at the International Committee of the Red Cross since September 2023 and holds the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Nestlé Nespresso SA, leading a global HR function for 14,000 employees. Valerie has extensive experience in human resources, having held key roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Nestlé Skin Health S.A. and Chief HR Officer at Archroma. Additionally, Valerie has contributed to the coaching field as Chair and Founding Board Member of the International Coaching Federation's Coaching in Organization, emphasizing the importance of coaching in organizational settings. With an educational background that includes an MBA from EDHEC Business School and a Doctor's Degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Valerie is equipped with advanced knowledge in business strategy and human resources.
