Swapnil Gaikwad is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and digital innovation. Currently serving as the Manager of Intelligent Engineering at Ness Digital Engineering since April 2024, Swapnil previously held the position of Assistant Manager for Digital Innovation at eInfochips from September 2019 to April 2024. Prior roles include Lead of Product Development at Xoriant and Transformation Technology Consultant at Saturn Infotech, along with experience as an IT Sales Consultant and Entrepreneur. Swapnil began the career as a Research Analyst at Salesify, where responsibilities included enhancing sales initiatives. With a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Telecommunication from Karnataka State Open University and a Diploma in Electronics & Communication from Motichand Lengade Bhartesh Polytechnic, Swapnil combines technical expertise with a focus on driving business growth.
