Venki A currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Ness Digital Engineering since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as VP - Executive Client Partner at Tredence Inc. from February 2023 to March 2025, where Venki drove significant digital transformation and AI initiatives for major CPG clients, managing a substantial portion of the vertical's revenue and achieving 5X growth. Prior to Tredence, Venki worked at Thoughtworks as Client Principal, achieving 2X growth in strategic sectors, and held multiple leadership positions at Mindtree, overseeing P&L for various portfolios in Europe and the UK. Venki also gained experience at Tata Consultancy Services as Client Partner, focusing on major retail and CPG accounts, and began a career in business development at ATS Soft. Venki holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Madurai Kamaraj University and is PMP certified from the University of Kerala.
