Maryann Snow has an extensive work experience in customer experience and sales. Maryann began their career in 2004 as a Tour Consultant at EF Education First, and worked their way up to Senior Director, Product and Operations, where they led customer experience strategy focused on improvements to customer loyalty program, customer lifetime value, and identifying key customer types. Maryann then became Director of Market Development, Europe, where they led product management for top-selling tours and developed a holistic product management framework. In their next role as Vice President, College Study Tours, they directed sales and customer experience strategy along with a 50-employee team. Maryann then became Director of Sales, College Study Tours, where they were selected to take on sales for new product development and launch. After that, they were promoted to Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a team of 12 sales associates, and finally, they are currently the Head of Customer Experience at Nessle since 2022.
Maryann Snow has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, which they earned between 2001 and 2003. Maryann also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Robert Morris University, which they earned between 1997 and 2001.
