Megan Ritter

Megan Ritter is an experienced professional in the nonprofit sector with a strong background in development and grant management. Currently serving as a Junior Board Member at Nest since April 2023, Megan contributes to initiatives that support artisans globally. Previously, as the Associate Director of Development at Climate Interactive, Megan led fundraising efforts for climate action tools. While at Everytown for Gun Safety, Megan designed an implementation plan for a grants department and advanced a portfolio of institutional funders. Megan's tenure at Charity Navigator included several roles, culminating in Grants Manager, where Megan oversaw the entire grants acquisition pipeline. Additionally, Megan served on the Emerging Leaders Committee for the Association of Fundraising Professionals - New York City Chapter, facilitating innovative programs for fundraising professionals. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Montclair State University and completed training with NOLS from 2008 to 2010.
