Annika Tibbe is the Global Vice President of Commercial Operations and Business Processes at Neste, with extensive experience overseeing global teams and driving improvements in productivity and compliance. Annika has held several key roles at Neste, including General Manager and Director of Neste Components, and has managed logistics and commercial operations for renewable resources across various global locations. Prior to Neste, Annika served as Supply Chain Director at Cargill, overseeing a substantial team and budget, and held multiple supply chain management positions at Halyard Health and Procter & Gamble, where impactful cost reduction strategies were implemented. Annika holds a Master of Science in Operations Management & Logistics and has completed the Catalyst Leadership Development Program at INSEAD.
