Felicia Case

Felicia Case currently serves as the Head of Operations for the Americas at Neste, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Felicia Case spent nearly a decade at Mercuria Energy Trading Inc., where responsibilities included serving as Head of Product Logistics for North America and Senior Fuel Oil Operator. Additional experience includes positions such as Regional Operations Manager of the Americas at Brightoil, Fuel Oil Operator roles at Trafigura and Glencore Ltd., and Director Marine Operations at Colonial Oil Industries. Earlier career highlights include roles as International Coordinator at Intertek and Product Scheduler at Orion Refining Corp. and Enron Global Markets. Felicia Case holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Transportation from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, earned between 1990 and 1995.
