Jori Sahlsten

Jori Sahlsten serves as the Executive Vice President of Oil Products at Neste, overseeing production operations across two oil refineries, two harbors, and multiple terminals, with a focus on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. With experience in various executive roles within Neste, including Senior Vice President of Refinery and Terminal Operations and Vice President of Production, Sahlsten also holds board member positions at Soilfood, Kilpilahti Power Plant, and Posintra Oy. Prior roles include significant leadership in operations at HKScan Finland Oy and Metsä Tissue, where responsibility extended over major production facilities and regions such as Russia, the Baltic states, and Ukraine. Sahlsten's educational background includes a Master's degree in Technology with a specialization in paper making from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
