Kaisa Andersson

Kaisa Andersson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process development and digital transformation within the renewable products and chemicals sectors at Neste since August 2016. As the Business Process Development Lead, Kaisa oversees business process management and team leadership, while previously holding roles such as Business Process Analytics Lead and Head of Data, Insight & Digital, driving significant advancements in digital capabilities and market intelligence. Kaisa's earlier positions include Corporate Strategy Deployment Manager and IT Development Manager within Group Finance and Group IT, respectively. Prior to Neste, Kaisa served as a Technology Consulting Manager at Accenture, excelling in program management and supply chain development. Kaisa holds a Master of Science degree in International Relations, International and Commercial Law, eBusiness, Communication, and Philosophy from Tampere University.
