Martina Breitenstein-Toivonen

Martina Breitenstein-Toivonen has extensive experience in learning and development, leadership, and safety culture within various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for the Oil Products Business Unit at Neste since January 2011, Martina plays a crucial role in enhancing human capital assets to drive profitable business and innovation. Previous roles at Neste include leading global safety culture transformation and managing leadership and performance management initiatives. Prior to Neste, Martina was a Senior Management Consultant at Talent Partners Group, providing management consulting and training across multiple sectors. Additional experiences include teaching at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, and holding various marketing and investment management positions at Ericsson and Hoechst AG. Martina earned a Master of Science in Economics, specializing in International Marketing, from Åbo Akademi University.
