Milla Joutjärvi

Milla Joutjärvi is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in the field, currently serving as Head of HR within the Oil Products business unit at Neste since May 2019. Previous roles at Neste include HR Manager and Senior HR Specialist, focused on supporting and developing HR strategies. Prior to Neste, Milla worked at Ericsson for over a decade, holding various positions such as HR Generalist for Finland, where responsibilities included providing HR support to line managers and leading HR transformation projects across Northern Europe and Central Asia. Milla’s early career includes an administrative role at the Ministry of Education in Finland. Milla's educational qualifications encompass a Master of Science in International Management from Gothenburg University, alongside business administration degrees from multiple institutions, including the University of Jyväskylä.
