Mona Turunen

Mona Turunen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, and strategic messaging. As a Senior Communications Manager at Neste since August 2022, Mona leads CEO and strategy communications while providing support to the EVP of HR, Safety, and Communications. Previously, as Director of Engagement and People Communications at Konecranes, Mona focused on developing engagement strategies and enhancing employer branding. With a long tenure at Nokia spanning over two decades, Mona held multiple roles, including Communications Manager for various divisions, where responsibilities included managing leadership communications, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and enhancing internal communication channels. Key achievements include the launch of a new Code of Conduct and creating communication strategies that engaged diverse audiences.
