Ilga Pauser

Ilga Pauser is an experienced professional in the logistics and commercial tank storage sectors, currently serving as the Land Logistics Manager Europe at Neste since June 2023, responsible for managing and developing Neste’s terminal network with a focus on bio feedstock storage. Previously, Ilga held roles at LyondellBasell, first as a Logistics Buyer Terminals and later as a Pricing and Contract Coordinator, focusing on procurement and pricing within the European market. Prior experience includes consultancy work as a Research Analyst at Downstream B.V. and market research at PortStorage Group B.V. Ilga has also worked in marketing at MAXIMA Eesti OÜ and as an Assistant-Intern at MTÜ Connect Eesti. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Urban, Port and Transport Economics from Erasmus School of Economics, alongside various degrees and certifications from renowned institutions.
