Leena Matilainen

Leena Matilainen has extensive experience in research and development within the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of the APAC R&D Center and R&D Manager at Neste since January 2008. In addition, Leena holds the position of Head of R&D, Analytics, and Quality Control at Neste Oyj since September 2017. Leena's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Helsinki, obtained between 1988 and 1996, and a Master of Business Administration from Arcada University of Applied Sciences.
