Martina Breitenstein-Toivonen

Martina Breitenstein-Toivonen is an experienced professional in learning and development, leadership, and strategic management, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for the Oil Products Business Unit at Neste since January 2011. In this role, Martina drives the development of human capital to support profitable business growth and innovation. Previous leadership positions include Development Manager for global safety culture initiatives and Human Resource Development Manager at Neste. Prior to Neste, Martina was a Senior Management Consultant at Talent Partners Group, where responsibilities spanned multiple sectors, and held various leadership roles at Ericsson, focusing on marketing and business innovation. Martina began the career at Hoechst AG as a Product Manager. Martina holds a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on International Marketing from Åbo Akademi University.
