Kàstor del Olmo Diaz has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they worked at Barcelona Quality Service as the Labour, HR & Administrative Dept. Lead, where they were responsible for creating and developing the Legal & HR department. In 2019, they worked as a Legal Advisor at Figueras Legal. In 2020, they co-founded Nester, a company based in Barcelona, where they served as the Co-Founder & Co-CEO. At Nester, they focused on transforming and digitalizing the rental market through an easy-to-use platform. In addition, they also held the role of COO at Nester.

Kàstor del Olmo Diaz pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law, referred to as "Grado en Derecho," from 2013 to 2018 at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. In 2017, they also undertook a study program at Université Grenoble Alpes, Master 1 du Droit des Affaires, which lasted for one year. Later, in 2018, Kàstor enrolled in a Master's program, specifically a Master's degree in Access to the Legal Profession, at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, focusing on Labor Law and Personnel Management. This program concluded in 2019. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a specialized course, Curso Monográfico de Gestión de Nóminas y Seguros Sociales (Pay-roll & Social Benefits), in Labor Law at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros. Recently, Kàstor expanded their expertise by pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Marketing and Sales Management, known as Posgrado en Dirección de Marketing y Ventas, at EAE Business School. This program spans from 2021 to 2022.
