Laura Checa Alvea

Laura Checa Alvea has a diverse work experience.

Starting in 2014, they served as a Mentor at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

In 2015, they worked as an Intern in the CIB-CSIC, where they gained experience in cell culture management and conducted various measurements using the Seahorse XF-24 analyzer and HPLC.

In 2016, they had a brief internship at Unilabs, where they gained knowledge of routine procedures in the coagulation, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology departments.

In 2017, Laura worked as a Christmas Campaign Support at Parfois.

In 2018, they had two different roles. Firstly, they worked as a Telephone Support Agent at Arvato, and secondly, they served as a Research Assistant at the Instituto de Salud Carlos III. In the latter role, they maintained cell cultures and worked in the Immunopathology of AIDS laboratory.

Most recently, Laura joined Nester Software in 2021. Laura began as a Trainee Developer, then progressed to a Junior Developer role, and is currently working as a FullStack Middle Developer.

Laura Checa Alvea attended La Salle BCN from 2018 to 2021, where they completed a Grado Superior Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Web program through distance learning. Prior to this, they obtained a Máster en análisis sanitarios from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 2015 and 2017. Laura initially pursued their undergraduate studies at the same university, graduating with a Grado en Biología and specializing in Biología Sanitaria from 2011 to 2015.
