Anupama Dattatreya

Anupama Dattatreya is a seasoned professional in product technology and development, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Nestlé Health Science since October 2016, where responsibilities include leading product innovation and development. Dattatreya has extensive experience from Mead Johnson Nutrition, holding various positions from Principal Product Development Scientist to Senior Product Development Scientist, focusing on specialized nutritional products for premature infants and executing global projects. Previous experience includes a role as Scientist in the Sensory Science Department at Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI). Dattatreya holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master's degree in Food Technology from CFTRI, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Botany, and Zoology from Yuvaraja's College Mysore, University of Mysore, India. Additionally, certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) was obtained from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
