Eugenia is the Head of the Nestlé Product Technology Center (NPTC) for Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Her career at Nestlé began over two decades ago and includes pivotal roles in research and development, manufacturing, and technical applications across Confectionery, Dairy, Cereal, and Nutrition categories.
In her current role, Eugenia leads a diverse team focused on advancing science and technology platforms that shape global innovation pipelines. Her leadership over the years has redefined ways of working across business units and established new approaches to taste, nutrition, and sustainability.
Eugenia’s journey includes managing complex factory operations in Spain, leading the Nutrition Development Center in Michigan, and directing global R&D strategies in Switzerland. Throughout her career, Eugenia has consistently driven innovation, led organizational transformations, and delivered measurable impact through inclusive leadership and strategic collaboration.
