Joëlle Lagrange

Joëlle Lagrange is an experienced Ingredient Portfolio Manager and Specification Process Managers Coordinator at Nestlé Health Science since July 2018, overseeing the approval of purchasing specifications for a portfolio of 4000 ingredient references and facilitating global training and collaboration across multiple functions. Previously, Joëlle served as a Senior Technology Development Scientist at Cereal Partners Worldwide from 2004 to 2018, where responsibilities included ingredient-based technology development, regulatory support, and IP management, with a focus on clean labeling and sugar reduction technologies. Joëlle’s earlier experience includes internships at Novartis and Unilever Colworth Research Centre, contributing to research and development projects in food science. Joëlle holds an Ingenieur degree in Food and Nutrition from AgroSup Dijon and a DUT in Food and Biology Industries from IUT - Université de Toulouse.
