Global Head Of Ageing & Joint Health Brands at Nestlé Health Science

Karin Feenstra has a diverse range of work experience, starting as a Junior Marketing Manager at ANWB in 2002. Karin then worked at Procter & Gamble as a (Sr) Strategic Marketing Manager from 2003 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Philips as a Senior Consumer Marketing Manager and also became the Head of Insights Europe at Fonterra during the same period. From 2013 to 2021, Karin worked as an Independent Business/ Strategic Marketing & Innovation Consultant at Insightegy. In 2015, they became an Investor/Mentor at Startupbootcamp. Karin'smost recent role is at Nestlé Health Science, where they are the Global Brand Head for Wobenzym and the Global Head of Ageing & Joint Health brands.

Karin Feenstra has a diverse education history. Karin earned a MsC degree in Leisure Studies from Tilburg University from 1998 to 2003. In 2001, they pursued a MsC degree in Business at the University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration. In 2012, Karin obtained a Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) Practitioner & Master Practitioner certification from RaViSie. Additionally, they completed a Multi-Cultural Intervision Program (MCIP) at De Baak in 2012. Karin also attended the GfK Academy in 2011 for Turning Consumer Insights into Successful Marketing Strategies. Furthermore, they participated in the Positive Power and Influence Program at Situation Management Systems Inc in 2009 and gained experience in qualitative research moderation at Objective Research & Consulting GmbH in 2007. Karin Feenstra also dedicated time to studying Spanish Language and Literature in 2003 at Alhambra Instituto Sevilla. Recently, in 2022, they obtained the eBusiness Academy Certificate from Nestlé.
