Kylee Arvin

Kylee Arvin is a seasoned professional in demand planning and supply chain management, currently serving as a Sr Specialist in Demand Planning and Lead of Co-Managed Inventory at Nestlé Health Science since May 2022. Previously, Kylee held key roles at The Bountiful Company, including Customer Supply Chain Manager and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Analyst, following an earlier position as a Demand Planner at Topco Associates LLC, where inventory allocation for over 800 items was managed. Prior experience includes serving as Inventory Analyst at Sears Holdings Corporation, focusing on replenishment and forecasting across multiple categories. Kylee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management from Purdue University in May 2012 and is a participant in the 2023 Nestlé Health Science Mentor/Mentee Program.
