Lihe Yeo

Lihe Yeo is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in product development, currently serving as a Principal Scientist in Product Development at Nestlé Health Science since June 2020. Prior to this role, Lihe worked as a Senior Scientist at Mondelēz International from November 2012 to May 2020, where responsibilities included leading R&D projects for major brands and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Earlier career highlights include roles at Robertet Flavors Inc. and David Michael & Co., where Lihe specialized in product formulation, project management, and compliance with nutritional standards. Lihe holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Penn State University, along with a solid educational foundation in nutritional science and science from institutions in Singapore and Malaysia.
