Martin Hendrix

Martin Hendrix is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and M&A within the healthcare sector. As the Head of Global Business Development and M&A at Nestlé Health Science since 2012, Martin has significantly contributed to building an M&A Finance and Transactional Function. Prior to this role, Martin held multiple positions at Bayer HealthCare from 1998 to 2012, including Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management, where responsibilities included strategic planning and R&D portfolio management for Hematology and Oncology. Martin's career began at Bayer as a Scientist and progressed to Project Leader, focusing on drug discovery and development. Martin holds a PhD in Chemistry from Scripps Research, a Master's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Vordiplom from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
