Nicolette Drakos, MBA, serves as the Head of CRM for Lifestyle Nutrition & Holistic Health at Nestlé Health Science, where strategic planning and optimization of CRM channels is essential for managing a portfolio of over 10 brands with diverse business objectives. Prior roles within the company include CRM Marketing Strategist and CRM Marketing Lead, where Nicolette successfully drove CRM initiatives and managed multi-million dollar email and SMS marketing programs. Before joining Nestlé, Nicolette held several marketing positions at The Bountiful Company, focusing on CRM and email marketing strategies that significantly increased revenue and customer engagement. Additional experience includes a marketing lead role at Marcum LLP and a senior ambassador position at CEA CAPA Education Abroad.
