Eric McCrory is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business optimization and supply chain IT management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Optimization at Nestlé Purina North America since January 2022, Eric previously held several key positions within Nestlé North America, including Director of Supply Chain IT and Director of Business Optimization. Eric's career began at Nestlé Waters, where roles included National Operations Manager for Retail Customer Service and various logistics improvement positions. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa, Eric has a proven track record of leading large teams, driving major software projects, and enhancing operational efficiencies across the supply chain.
