Joshua Collette

Joshua Collette, CHST, currently serves as a Construction Safety Manager at Nestlé Purina North America since July 2021. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of Lead Safety Inspector at Epcon from October 2020 to June 2021, and worked as an Area Safety Coordinator with BrandSafway from November 2019 to April 2020, overseeing safety compliance at various refineries and facilities. Joshua's extensive experience includes serving as a Senior HSE Lead Advisor at Epcon Partners, Inc. and an HSE Advisor at Chicago Bridge & Iron, where coaching and daily safety management were key responsibilities. Additional roles range from Safety Advisor at Cajun Industries to Safety Supervisor at WHC Energy Services, focusing on pipeline construction and training compliance. Joshua is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University and possesses a strong background in safety management across multiple sectors.
