Oumaima Atraoui has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management, currently serving as Associate Maintenance Manager at Nestlé Purina North America since July 2020, with previous roles including Project Engineer, Staff Engineer, Assistant Engineer, and Engineering Management Development Associate. Prior to this, Oumaima worked as an Engineering Intern at Cerro Fabricated Products, where responsibilities included identifying safety violations and developing lockout/tagout procedures. Academic involvement includes positions as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at James Madison University, along with experience as a Shift Supervisor at the university's Libraries. Oumaima also held an internship in Quality Process Engineering at REHAU. Oumaima holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from James Madison University, completed in 2020.
