Prior experience includes roles at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc as Manager - Utilities & Energy Conservation and at ArcelorMittal in various engineering and management capacities, including Energy Engineer and Manager - Utilities & Energy Conservation. Rishabh's career began with an internship at Det Norske Veritas, focusing on certification assistance for manufacturing components. Rishabh holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
