Rishabh Bahel, CEM, currently serves as the Senior Manager - Energy and Sustainability at Nestlé Purina North America since January 2024, while also holding the position of North America Energy and Sustainability Manager at Nestlé since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc as Manager - Utilities & Energy Conservation and at ArcelorMittal in various engineering and management capacities, including Energy Engineer and Manager - Utilities & Energy Conservation. Rishabh's career began with an internship at Det Norske Veritas, focusing on certification assistance for manufacturing components. Rishabh holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
