Scott Daigle

Scott Daigle is an accomplished Principal Scientist in Product Development at Nestlé Purina North America, with a focus on wet and dry products since March 2013. Notable achievements include the development and launch of the first organic certified dry pet food under the Beyond brand and the technical leadership of the dry palatant program. Prior positions include Senior Ingredient Specialist, where Scott led the qualification of new raw materials in red meats and rendered meals, and Senior Product Specialist for wet products and red meats. Earlier experience includes roles at ViskoTeepak as Technical Services Manager and Cryovac as Senior Packaging Specialist, where Scott focused on new product development and innovative packaging solutions. Scott holds an M.S. in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech and a B.A.Sc. in Animal Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
