Aaron Gillard

Aaron Gillard has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as a Supply Chain Business Optimization Consultant at Nestlé since February 2009. In this role, Aaron leads initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and advance technology aligned with digital transformations. Previous positions at Nestlé include Business Application Specialist for SAP EWM, where Aaron collaborated with various business groups and supported the implementation of the SAP Extended Warehouse Management solution, and Operations Supervisor, responsible for daily warehouse activities and team management. Earlier work experience includes positions at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and Best Buy, focusing on customer service and store maintenance, along with a role as Crew Chief at Lehigh University's Residential Services, supervising seasonal crews and managing storage operations. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lehigh University.
