Becki Dooley

Becki Dooley is a Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience in HR and training roles across several organizations. Currently employed at Nestlé since July 2022, Becki has held two specialist roles focused on HR capability, change, digital, and compliance. Previous positions include Training Manager at Giacom, Learning and Development Co-ordinator at Sonoco-Trident, and Human Resources Officer at Arla Foods. Becki began the career as a Receptionist at Jaguar, a position held during higher education. Academic qualifications include an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of York and ongoing CIPD qualifications, alongside a Level 3 certificate in Principles in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
