Fei X.

Fei X. is a Senior Health Science Research Specialist at Nestlé, having previously served as a Project Manager and Food Fraud Issue Manager within the same organization. Fei X. gained extensive research experience as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Lab Manager at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and as a Global Analytical Research Scientist at Mars Global Food Safety Center. Prior to these roles, Fei X. worked as a Research Assistant at Nanjing Agricultural University, where they also completed a Bachelor of Engineering and later earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
