Ilze Smit is the Head of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs ESAR at Nestlé, a position held since 2016. Prior to this, they served as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Nando's from 2008 to 2011. Ilze is currently pursuing a degree in Food and Nutrition at Stellenbosch University.
