Jason Mann

Jason Mann is an accomplished Director of Quality with extensive experience in food safety and quality management. They served as an Assistant Scientist and Extension Specialist at Washington State University from 2006 to 2007. Jason later held various leadership roles at Nestlé from 2025 to 2021, including Director of R&D Quality Management for Nestlé Nutrition and Group Leader for Food Safety Microbiology. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Food Safety & HACCP Group Leader at Solae, LLC from 2009 to 2010 and as an Applied Technology Manager. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master's degree, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Animal Sciences, with a focus on Food Microbiology.
