Joe Rechtiene

Joe Rechtiene is an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Factory Manager at Nestlé since July 2002. In this role, Joe is responsible for all operational metrics, people development, and strategic planning, while leading a lean operation that emphasizes continuous improvement. Previously, Joe held various positions within Nestlé, including Operations Manager and Production Manager, overseeing large teams and ensuring safe, quality production. Joe's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Coffee Process Development Engineer and Operations Manager at AVEKA Group, focusing on research, development, and manufacturing of powdered products. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
