Kai Yu is the current Nestlé Health Science Institute China Hub Manager, a position held since 2022. They previously served as a Consumer Research Scientist and in various leadership roles within Nestlé from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Nestlé, they accumulated experience as a Scientist at the China National Litchi & Longan Agroindustry R&D Network and as a Lecturer in Food Science and Engineering at South China Agricultural University from 2006 to 2011. Kai has also worked as a Language Test Trainer, accumulating over 3000 teaching hours. Their educational background includes a Ph.D. in Nutrition from Peking University and executive leadership training at the China Europe International Business School.
